The new CareerXroads Recruiting Summit will be a special one day forum for Heads of Staffing (VP, Director or large Division Head) and their designated #2 person often the person who attends our Colloquium events.) Registration for this meeting will close at 21 companies - 42 attendees. The meeting is open only to pairs - you must bring along your Head of Staffing for this event - individuals cannot attend on their own.

The CXR Recruiting Summit will focus on issues directly related to corporate recruitment planning and strategy. We will have a mix of panel discussions and individual presentations around the following topics:

  • Recruiting Structure & Alignment
  • Ramping Up Recruiting with C-Level Support
  • Developing Recruiting Leaders
  • We are also inviting some corporate recruiting friends with expertise in global recruiting to share their stories with the group.

August 16, Monday 

  • 6:00 PM Meet in the hotel lobby. We'll kick off the Recruiting Summit with a short walk to dinner at Marion Street Grille.

August 17 Tuesday

  • 7:45AM Meet in hotel lobby for a short walk to our meeting at the Elizabeth F. Cheney Mansion at 220 North Euclid.
  • 8:00 AM Breakfast and Introductions.
  • 8:30-4:30 Meeting Session.
  • 6:00 PM If you'll be in town Tuesday night, you're welcome to join Mark & Gerry for a casual dinner and good conversation in the Oak Park area. Please let Mark know so we can make reservations, thank you.

Hotel Reservations

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Carleton Hotel of Oak Park. Our rate is $143 per night and will be held until July 19.
