Our lead topic for this Colloquium will be Competing in the Kiddie Pool: The bar is getting higher each year as data about college market perceptions of your company becomes more and more accessible and critical. When considering global integration of college hiring, better manpower planning and sourcing for longer pipelines - the freshman and even high school classes become important. Bring your WOW's and thinking caps. Innovation in this arena is the only way to win. This event is designed for the leaders in your College Recruiting Department. Additional topics as voted on by members are:

• The College Candidate Experience: From Sourcing to On Boarding - Benchmarking what keeps "A" prospects warm.
• Designing Your Next Corporate College Micro Site: Name three things you do that few others do and prepare to team up to invent one thing no one else does.
• Recruiting Technology: Is there a Millenial Gap? What are the serious challenges and opportunities in building relationships with college prospects that can be traced to ATS's, MySpace, Facebook, Second Life, YouTube, Twitter, Video and all the rest?
• University Career Services: Partners & Advisors or Choke Points to Avoid? We'll enlist a panel of University Career Counselors to share their perspective on the challenges and opportunities working with corporations and students. What is the toughest question you've always wanted to ask them?
• Partnering Beyond Career Services: Professors and Departments - Projects & Contests What works? Who is doing it?

As is our practice at CareerXroads Colloquium events we also ask all attendees to bring "what keeps them up at night" in their recruiting organizations so we can help each other solve those issues. After all, it's the caliber of our group that makes each session unique and provides that Aha! moment you'll take back to your office.

All meetings to be held at The Carey Business School at 10 N Charles Street - just a block from our hotel. Dress for Colloquium sessions is business casual.

July 21 – Monday 

• 6:00 PM Meet in the hotel lobby for short walk to dinner at Phillip's Seafood. Don't miss this chance to renew acquaintances and make new ones before the Colloquium starts! The restaurant is not far from the hotel, even if you get in later please come join us.

July 22 – Tuesday

• 7:45AM Meet in hotel lobby to walk to our meeting space at The Carey Business School.
• 8:00 AM Breakfast and Introductions.
• 8:30-4:30 Meeting Session.
• 6:00PM Meet in hotel lobby for transportation to dinner at Blue Sea Grill.

July 23 - Wednesday 

• 8:00-2:30 PM Meeting session, continental breakfast will be served. Some of our most thought-provoking, insightful discussions happen towards the end of the meeting session. In an effort to have full participation it is important that everyone stay until the meeting adjourns. Thank you.
