CareerXroads® Colloquium - Executive Recruiting 2010 Event

Dates: November 2-3, 2010
Location: Purchase, NY hosted at PepsiCo

Discussion Topics

One of two Colloquium sessons held each year for a specific recruiting function, our October meeting is all about Executive Recruiting. Detailed discussion points as voted by members:

  • How have you aligned Executive Recruiting to your organization structure: Each participant to bring a handout/slide to speak to their model. Please show what parts of Executive Recruiting you have outsourced.
  • Making it real: What does the ideal executive search under the guidance of an internal staffing leader look like? All attendees to bring a copy of their outside agency agreement.
  • Sourcing and Competitive Intelligence at the Executive Level: Is it proactive or as reactive as the rest of the requisition-driven models?
  • Leadership Level Tools, Tactics and Magic Tricks: All attendees to bring a list of technologies they are utilizing for convincing Sr. Mgmt. to use your recruiting team rather then outside resources for Executive Searches.

As is our practice at CareerXroads Colloquium events we ask all attendees to bring “what keeps them up at night” in their recruiting organizations so we can help each other solve those issues. After all, it's the caliber of our group that makes each session unique and provides that Aha! moment you'll take back to your office.
