Discussion Topics
Our lead topic for this Colloquium will be Playing to the Top of the House. More and more staffing leaders are getting up to bat to identify and woo C-level executives without ever making a call to a traditional search firm. Are the most competitive corporations bringing it in house or paying lip service? How do the best organize, source, screen and onboard their top talent? Participants must be fully engaged in hiring at the C-level to be included. Additional topics will be voted on by members in the weeks leading up to the meeting.
As is our practice at CareerXroads Colloquium events we ask all attendees to bring “what keeps them up at night” in their recruiting organizations so we can help each other solve those issues. After all, it's the caliber of our group that makes each session unique and provides that Aha! moment you'll take back to your office.

Daily Agenda
All meetings will be held in the 11th floor conference room at BearingPoint's Headquarters, 8725 West Higgins. Dress for Colloquium sessions is business casual.
October 20 – Monday
- 6:00 PM Meet in the lobby for transportation to dinner at a Chicago pizza institution, Giordano's. Don't miss this opportunity to renew acquaintances and make new ones before the Colloquium starts!
October 21 – Tuesday
- 7:45 AM Meet in hotel lobby to walk to our meeting facility
- 8:00 AM Breakfast and Introductions.
- 8:30-4:30 Meeting Session.
- 6:00 PM Meet in lobby for transportation to dinner at Gibson's Steakhouse
October 22 - Wednesday
- 7:45 AM Meet in hotel lobby to walk to our meeting facility
- 8:00-2:30 PM Meeting session, continental breakfast will be served. Some of our most thought-provoking, insightful discussions happen towards the end of the meeting session. In an effort to have full participation it is important that everyone stay until the meeting adjourns. Thank you.
