Our lead topic for this Colloquium will be Is Your Staffing Image Driving Them Away? We'll review the strategies and tools for developing a series of staffing brand images and the value returned for doing it right. Learn how to get the investment you need and how to leverage what you've got to truly compete. Additional topics as voted on by members are:
- Title Bout - Defend Your Staffing Value Proposition: Why exactly do people come and why do they stay with your corporation? How did you come upon this epiphany?
- Slowly I turned. Inch by inch. Step by step. Measuring your recruitment brand: Does anyone have the means and the determination to follow through and determine the value of your staffing brand? Anyone making the effort will hear praises from their peers.
- It's All in the Flow: Where in your recruitment process does your brand play a role?
- Show and Tell: Share one recruitment campaign where your brand was significantly utilized.
- Recruiting Tools: Exactly how and when are social networks being used in your recruitment process?
As is our practice at CareerXroads Colloquium events we also ask all attendees to bring "what keeps them up at night" in their recruiting organizations so we can help each other solve those issues. After all, it's the caliber of our group that makes each session unique and provides that Aha! moment you'll take back to your office.

All meetings to be held at WaMu Center, 1301 Second Avenue in the White Oak Conference Room. Dress for Colloquium sessions is business casual.
August 4 – Monday
- 6:00 PM Meet in the hotel lobby for short walk to dinner on the waterfront at Elliott's Oyster House. Don't miss this chance to renew acquaintances and make new ones before the Colloquium starts! The restaurant is not far from the hotel, even if you get in later please join us!
August 5 – Tuesday

- 6:00PM Meet in hotel lobby for walk to dinner at Union Square Grill.
August 6 - Wednesday
- 7:45AM Meet in hotel lobby to walk to our meeting space at WaMu.
- 8:00-2:30 PM Meeting session, continental breakfast will be served. Some of our most thought-provoking, insightful discussions happen towards the end of the meeting session. In an effort to have full participation it is important that everyone stay until the meeting adjourns. Thank you.
